I am a Canadian investor focusing on a 50/50 split portfolio of U.S & CAD stocks with higher dividend income in mind. Here are the current positions in my $370k dividend stock portfolio for passive income November 2022 utilizing the best portfolio tracking spreadsheet
$370,638 Dividend Stock Portfolio Holdings
My dividend portfolio currently yields 3.3% or $11,225.39 CAD annually in passive income off 7 stocks that are spread between a TFSA RRSP and two other brokerage accounts with total combined values below.
- VOO - 274 Shares At A Cost Of $102,533 USD
- SCHD - 319 Shares At A Cost Of $23,956 USD
- VYM - 225 Shares At A Cost Of $23,323 USD
- VDY - 3050 Shares At A Cost Of $132,672 CAD
- REI - 502 Shares At A Cost Of $8,539 CAD
- SRU - 370 Shares At A Cost Of $11,588 CAD
- Cash, Crypto & Others $30,531
I have all these positions set up on a dividend re investment plan and am only focused on building out some more Canadian REITs along with short term GICs.

I am currently 30 years old with a short term goal of building these positions out to generate $1,000 a month in dividend income. I have taken a more passive approach to achieve better diversification with broad based ETFs to offer stability during this recessionary period.
I will update this portfolio once a month and recommend checking the best portfolio tracking spreadsheet utilized in the images above
